Bangladesh National Insurance Company Ltd approved 20% Cash dividend for its Shareholders for the year 2024.
The dividends were approved in the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by using the Digital Platform, Dhaka on Tuesday.
The meeting approved the company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
Mostafa Kamal, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.
The members of the Board of Directors, including Beauty Akter, barrister Hasan Rajib Prodhan, Monjur Md Shaiful Azam FCMA, Tahmina Binthe Mostafa, Taif Bin Yousuf, Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Wasikur Rahman, Tanveer Ahmed Mostafa, Sameera Rahman, and Tasnim Binte Mostafa, were present at the meeting.
