Uttara Motors, the sole importer, manufacturer, and distributor of SML ISUZU commercial vehicles in Bangladesh, inaugurated two new models, namely the SML ISUZU GS Super 14 and GS Super 17 Truck, for the Bangladesh market.
Japanese technologies SML Isuzu GS Super truck officially unveiled at Uttara Motors Display Centre beside the Uttara Centre at 101, Shahid Tajuddin Ahmed Sarani, Tejgaon, Dhaka on Sunday.
Matiur Rahman, chairman and managing director of Uttara Motors Ltd and Mashfiqur Rahman, planning and development engineer jointly inaugurated the SML ISUZU GS Super Truck.
Brig Gen Mohammad Yusuf COO of SML Division along with senior officials of Uttara Motors, customers, officials of various corporate houses, dealers of SML Isuzu and other well-wishers were present on the occasion.
With powerful and fuel efficient 101 horse power diesel engine, 315 Nm torque, manual transmission, power steering, full air brake, GS Super Truck has two cargo body option of 14 feet and 17.2 feet and two payload option of 3,502kg and 3,100kg.
Chairman and Managing Director of Uttara Motors Ltd, Matiur Rahman, said since 1993, Uttara Motors Ltd has been selling and marketing various models of trucks, buses, pickups, and tippers of the SML Isuzu brand in Bangladesh with a strong reputation.
He added that the company has always been ensuring international services according to the standards of SML ISUZU, in addition to delivering these quality products to the customers through 15 branch offices and authorized dealers across the country.
The chairman and managing director of Uttara Motors Ltd also handed over the keys of GS Super 14 and GS Super 17 trucks to the esteemed buyers present.
Considering the convenience of the customers, an exhibition of SML Isuzu trucks and busses have been organized at the Uttara Motors Display Centre from Sunday to Tuesday from 10.30am to 5pm.
