The 404th board meeting of Shariah based bank, Standard Bank PLC was held on Sunday at Boardroom, head office, Dhaka.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting.
It was attended by Director and Founder Chairman Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, Director and Founder Vice Chairman Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, SAM Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Gulzar Ahmed, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, AKM Abdul Alim and Md Abul Hossain.
Md Habibur Rahman, managing director and CEO; Md Siddiqur Rahman, deputy managing director and COO and Md Mizanur Rahman, FCS, company secretary were also present in the meeting.
