United Aygaz LPG distributes schoolbags among students in Feni

United Aygaz LPG Ltd., a leading LPG company in Bangladesh, has initiated a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity to support the education of children affected by recent floods in the Feni region.

As part of this initiative, the company distributed school bags to students of Ataturk Government Model High School, Dagonbhuiyan, Feni.

The school bag distribution event was attended by distinguished guests, including the Head Teacher of Ataturk Government Model High School Muhammad Enayet Ullah; Showkat Osman Jamil, GM & head of sales, United Aygaz LPG Ltd.; and Sadman Shariar Biswas, DGM-marketing, United Aygaz LPG Ltd.

Showkat Osman Jamil remarked: “At United Aygaz LPG Ltd., we believe in giving back to the communities where we operate. Education is a cornerstone of sustainable development, and through this initiative, we hope to provide children with the tools they need to continue their education despite the challenges posed by the recent floods.

This initiative reflects United Aygaz LPG Ltd.'s commitment to fostering education, health, and environmental sustainability while maintaining a strong connection with its stakeholders and the communities it serves. 

Tika (Republic of Türkiye - Ministry of Culture & Tourism) supports United Aygaz to distribute this bag distribution event in this School. 

The Feni region was severely impacted by floods this year, making it a priority area for this community outreach program.

United Aygaz LPG Ltd plans to extend this initiative to other regions of Bangladesh in the coming days to support students in need.
