The 402nd board meeting of Shariah based bank, Standard Bank PLC was held on Thursday at Boardroom, head office, Dhaka.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting.
It was attended by Director and Founder Chairman Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, Director and Founder Vice Chairman Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, SAM Hossain, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, AKM Abdul Alim, Md Abul Hossain and Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed.
Md Habibur Rahman, managing director and CEO; Md Siddiqur Rahman, deputy managing director and COO and Md Mizanur Rahman FCS, company secretary were also present in the meeting.
