In response to the devastating floods that have ravaged parts of Bangladesh this year, Bitopi Group has pledged its support to the government's relief efforts.
The company has donated a substantial sum of Tk41.12 lakh to the Chief Adviser's Relief and Welfare Fund, which includes contributions from its own funds and a day's salary from all employees, officers, and workers.
On August 29, Bitopi Group Managing Director Miran Ali and Director Sara Ali presented the donation cheque to Disaster Management and Relief Adviser Farooq E Azam at a ceremony held at the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief.
ABM Sirajul Islam Azad, head of human resource department, and Morshedul Haque, CFO also represented Bitopi Group at the event.
Miran Ali reaffirmed the company's commitment to supporting the government during national crises, stating: "Bitopi Group will continue to stand by our nation in times of need."
