Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited approved 20% Cash dividend for its Shareholders for the year 2023.
The dividend was approved in its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by using Digital Platform on Tuesday.
The meeting approved the company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Mostafa Kamal, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.
Among the other members of the Board of Directors, Beauty Akter, Barrister Hasan Rajib Prodhan, Md Alamgir Hossain Khan, Monjur Md Shaiful Azam, Tahmina Binthe Mostafa, Taif Bin Yousuf, Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Wasikur Rahman, Tanveer Ahmed Mostafa, Tasnim Binte Mostafa. Md Balayet Hossain Bhuiyan, Mohammad Sayed Ahmed Raza and CEO Mohammad Sana Ullah, CFO SK Bellal Hossain, Israt Jebin, ACA Director Rahman Mostafa Alam & Co. Chartered Accountants, AKM Aminul Hoque, Md Ferozul Islam, SEVP (F&A) & company secretary Md. Masud Rana, were present in the meeting.
