Jahurul Islam Medical College and Hospital extends compassionate healthcare during Bishwa Ijtema

The first phase of Bishwa Ijtema, the largest gathering of the World Muslim Ummah, concluded on Sunday, drawing devout Muslims from around the globe.

Jahurul Islam Medical College and Hospital, a prominent private health educational institution, took a proactive approach by organizing a dedicated field medical squad to offer free health services, including medicines.

The field medical squad, operating under the banner of Jahurul Islam Medical College and Hospital, was established to cater to the healthcare needs of the Muslim attendees, both local and international.

This initiative reflects the institution's commitment to serving the community and contributing to the well-being of the attendees of Bishwa Ijtema.

A specialized medical team, comprising 14 skilled members including doctors and nurses, tirelessly provided primary and emergency healthcare services from 8 am to 11 pm every day during the first phase of Bishwa Ijtema.

The services included essential medical care and the provision of free medicines, ensuring the well-being of the worshipers.

In the course of the first phase, the field medical squad attended to the health needs of 2,474 worshipers, exemplifying the institution's dedication to making a positive impact on the health and welfare of the attendees.
