One Bank Limited held its 24th annual general meeting on a digital platform on August 10. ASM Shahidullah Khan, chairman of the board of directors, presided over the AGM.
At the beginning of the meeting, he paid solemn tributes and deep regards to the father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and all the martyrs of 15th August.
The bank's shareholders and the members of the Board of Directors joined the AGM on a digital platform.
The bank declared a 5% bonus share in the AGM.
Vice Chairman and Executive Committee’s Chairman Zahur Ullah, Directors Kazi Rukunnuddin Ahmed, Shawket Jaman, Anannya Das Gupta, Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee Former Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury and Managing Director Md Monzur Mofiz, DMD and Company Secretary John Sarkar along with Senior Executives of the bank attended the meeting.
Besides, a large number of shareholders participated.
