To mark Bangladesh's 50 years of independence, mobile financial service (MFS) provider Nagad is offering an exclusive 50 percent discount for the subscription of OTT platform Chorki.
The offer began from Tuesday, and will continue until January 6, 2022, reads a press release.
To enjoy the 50% discount through Nagad, they will have to choose subscription package for a month, six months or a year.
Niaz Morshed Elite, executive director of Nagad, announced it during the release of the trailer of the original “Jago Bahe” web series, presents by Nagad, at a hotel in the capital on the day.
Redoan Rony, chief operating officer of Chorki, makers of “Jago Bahe”, artists of the series, and the crew members were also present at the event.
Viewers will be able to enjoy this original series as premium content from Chorki’s app and website.
Like Nagad, Chorki is also a local company. It feels good to be able to associated with such an initiative. Hopefully, these two local institutions together will do something better for the audience in the coming days, said Niaz Morshed Elite.
