LG Electronics disclosed an appealing promotion for its customers on Wednesday at its Gulshan office to encourage e-warranty registration on the LG website.
As part of the campaign, a purchaser of LG products who registers for a warranty on the website will have a chance to win an LG Microwave Oven through a monthly raffle draw, reads a press release.
After e-registration, the customer does not have to give any new information if he calls from the registered number for any problem related to the product.
Customers will get hassle-free customer service by creating tickets in a very short time without money.
The event was attended by several high-ranking officials, including LG Bangladesh's Managing Director Peter Ko, Head of Corporate Branding Hasan Mahmudul, Head of Customer Service Farhad Hossen and other senior officers.
