Noakhali Zone of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited organized an agent banking business development conference and workshop on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing on March 2 at a local convention centre in Noakhali.
Mohammed Monirul Moula, CEO of the bank addressed the conference as chief guest, according to a press release.
Md Omar Faruk Khan, additional managing director and Mohammed Shabbir, deputy managing director, addressed the conference as special guests.
Presided over by Md Maksudur Rahman, senior executive vice president, AKM Mahbub Morshed and Mohammad Rezaul Karim, executive vice presidents of the bank also addressed the program.
AFM Anisur Rahman, head of the Noakhali zone addressed the welcome speech.
The head of branches and proprietors of the agent banking outlets under the zone attended the conference.
