Mercantile Bank inaugurated its Rajendrapur sub-branch at South Keraniganj in Dhaka on Thursday to provide convenient banking services to customers.
The bank's Chairman Morshed Alam launched the sub-branch on a virtual platform as the chief guest, reads a press release.
Managing Director & CEO of the bank Md Quamrul Islam Chowdhury inaugurated the banking activities of the sub-branch by cutting a ribbon in a ceremony arranged at the bank's Head Office.
M Amanullah, chairman of Risk Management Committee; MA Khan Belal, chairman of Mercantile Bank Securities and Mohammad Abdul Awal, director of the bank were present as the special guests.
Mati Ul Hasan, AMD, Adil Raihan, Shamim Ahmed, Hasne Alam and Md Mahmood Alam Chowdhury, DMDs, Ashim Kumar Saha & Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan, SEVPs and Abu Asghar G Haruni, company secretary of the bank along with invited guests, valued customers, HOB of Abdullahpur branch, in-charge of Rajendrapur sub-branch and senior executives of the bank were connected virtually in the opening ceremony.
The Zonal Heads, HOBs and In-charges of the sub-branches were also connected virtually. Rajendrapur sub-branch is located at Sheikh Jabed Ali Complex in Rajendrapur, Dhaka.
