To ensure customer satisfaction by enhancing the standards of our service, MTB recently celebrated ‘Customer Service Week’ from August 21-25 in South-West Bengal and North Bengal regions.
Md Ahsan Adelur Rahman, member of parliament, Nilphamari-4 inaugurated this event in the presence of some distinguished customers of the Bank in a simple ceremony held at MTB Rangpur Branch, reads a press release.
Throughout the week, the bank received large number of positive feedback from the customers. Spontaneous and cordial participation of the bank’s dedicated frontlines and senior management made the event more organized, festive and meaningful.
As part of the celebration, the bank arranged some gifts for its customers at the branches.
Thus, customer service week has proven to be an amazing bridge between MTB and its valued customers.
Among others, Syed Mahbubur Rahman, managing director and CEO, Rais Uddin Ahmad, deputy managing director and CAMLCO and Sharmin Ahmed, head of Service Quality of MTB along with other senior officials of the bank were also present at the ceremony throughout the week.
