The European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) has awarded Standard Bank with "The Quality Choice Prize 2022" in the Gold category.
Managing Director and CEO of the bank Khondoker Rashed Maqsood received the award at the presentation ceremony of the “Quality Choice Prize 2022” held recently on July 2022 at the AC Hotel by Marriott, Barcelona, Spain, reads a press release.
Representatives from 35 countries and 43 award-winning companies attended the event in the presence of the international business community.
After receiving the award, Khondoker Rashed Maqsood, in his speech, thanked the ESQR authority for nominating Standard Bank for the prestigious prize.
He said: “This award will inspire us to enhance our efforts in the coming days for ensuring service excellence in our organization.”
The ESQR’s Quality Choice Prize, run by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR), recognizes the companies, organizations and public administrations with ethics and initiatives that demonstrate exceptional success in quality management and that maximize the full potential of their services through quality-oriented practices.
Mentionable that, the Standard Bank has been recently awarded the "Business Transformation Award-2021" in the Sustainable Business category of "Global Sustainability Leadership Award 2021" by the World Marketing Congress and the "Best Bank for Sustainable Business Transformation in Bangladesh-2021" by The Global Economics Limited.
