The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of LankaBangla Finance was held on Tuesday using a digital platform.
Chairman of the company Mohammad A Moyeen presided over the meeting and welcomed the shareholders in the AGM, reads a press release.
Among others, the shareholders have approved the audited financial statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2021, and a 10% cash dividend. Managing Director and CEO Khwaja Shahriar briefed the shareholders on the overall status, work plan and performance of the organization.
