Wood Tech Solution had silently made a revolution in the furniture industry in our country by importing machinery of modern technology, making a capable workforce, helping to place eco-friendly factories and importing technology.
They have been contributing to the furniture industry for the last 20 years. They worked on making employment, expanding the market size, and increasing the placement of eco-friendly factories, reads a press release.
Near the capital, Wood Tech Solution has planted the very first Woodworking Technology Center in Keraniganj. Owners or employees of any company could learn from here the art of making doors and furniture in this international standard centre. They would also get practical knowledge of modern machinery of more than 100.
The boatman of the organization Md Naimul Hossain Khan said that the training and the food are completely free for the participants. Talking about the company while sitting at the Technology Centre of Wood Tech Solution, he also said: “Our organization ‘Wood Tech Solution’ has been working with the furniture industry for the past 20 years. Especially those who are manufacturing furniture and doors, planning to install a factory or want to do interiors, we are supporting them with modern technological machinery and proper training.”
“We help a factory from the manufacturing till the end. It means, we provide a factory's production layout design, machinery selection, supply machine, operation training and after-sales service etc. Along with that, this company's motto was setting up eco-friendly factories, increasing manufacturing in them and making a skilled workforce,” he added.
Right now, the company is working on some big projects. Prominent among these are installing a self-operated wooden door factory, the biggest plywood factory, a 100% export compliance furniture factory etc. WTS has organised several workshops in the country where 14,000 factory owners and workers were trained in modern technology.
“Apart from that, with the SME Foundation, we organize such training more often across the country with partners. WTS has established the only machinery brand WTS in Bangladesh with international acceptance. Now, these machines are getting exported to 43 countries. The company is registered in Bangladesh and China,” Naimul Hossain Khan further said.
