Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DBH), one of the largest housing finance institutions in the country, recently opened its 13th branch in Rajshahi City with an aim to provide home loan and deposits services to the people of this region.
The branch is located on the 3rd floor of Dulal Tower, 220 Shaheb Bazar, Moni Chottor of Rajshahi.
Managing Director and CEO of DBH Nasimul Baten formally inaugurated the branch. He hopes that the new branch in the centre of the Rajshahi division will promote real estate development in this region and contribute to increasing home ownership and in the process help DBH attain significant business growth, particularly in the affordable housing segment.
DMD and Head of Credit of DBH AKM Tanvir Kamal, Head of Administration and Recovery Saiyaf Ejaz, Head of Loan Operations Md Zakaria Eusuf, Head of Deposits, Business Planning and Alternate Channels Sabed Bin Ahsan, Branch In-Charge Md Ashikur Rahman and other top officials were present during the inauguration ceremony.
This is the 13th branch of the company and the first in the northern part of the country after having its branches in other major cities like Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Comilla, Khulna, Gazipur and Narayanganj.
DBH, the home loan specialist institution with AAA credit rating for 16 consecutive years, is planning to expand geographically to cover major urban areas across the country.
