foodpanda has started a new contest called “Petuk Olympics” from June 1, giving food lovers the opportunity to win weekly gifts including smartphones, smartwatches, vouchers, and the grand prize of Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G through ordering.
The campaign and competition will last from June 1 to June 30.
foodpanda users in Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Sylhet, Savar, Comilla, Rajshahi, and Narayanganj are eligible to participate, said a press release.
To participate, users will have to place a minimum of three orders with a minimum order value of Tk250 each week from the pool of participating restaurants labeled under “Petuk Olympics” on the foodpanda app and website.
Each week, winners will be selected in three categories: gold from gold, silver, and bronze, each having the chance to win prizes. foodpanda will consider only orders during the respective week for selection and will not carry weekly orders to the following week.
In the “Gold” category, the top 5 highest-ordering customers will win five smartphones.
In the “Silver” category, the second 8 highest-ordering customers will win eight smartwatches.
In the “Bronze” category, the third 11 highest-ordering customers will get foodpanda vouchers worth Tk2000 each.
Alongside the weekly prizes, a lucky customer will win a grand prize of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G after the contest. The customer’s total orders for the campaign duration will be considered for the grand prize.
The winners will be announced each week on foodpanda’s Facebook page and will then be contacted by foodpanda directly.
Prizes will be sent to winners after the campaign ends.
