Grameenphone, Maximus launch handset

Grameenphone and Maximus jointly launched a co-branded low-cost 4G-Volte enable handset, Maximus G10 Max.

The smartphone price was fixed at Tk5,499, said a press release. 

"The co-branded 4G-LTE device is an endeavor to minimize the gap between the 4G ecosystem and our customers," said Sajjad Hasib, chief marketing officer of Grameenphone.

This affordable device would enable customers to better adapt to their digital and new normal needs in the face of digital transformation, he added.

Equipped with Quad-Core processor of 1.4 GHz, 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM the phone has a 6.088 HD- display with 'Waterdrop Full Vision'. It runs with Android 9.0 operating system. 

The phone has 5-megapixel front camera, dual rear camera (8 MP+VGA) and 2500 mAH battery.
