Premier Bank Limited celebrated its 19th anniversary at the bank’s head office, on Thursday.
Attending as chief guest at the event, Chairman of Board of Directors at Premier Bank Dr H B M Iqbal recalled the commencement of the bank in 1999, and said that he was happy to see the accomplishment of the institution over the years.
“We want to thank the customers that started this journey with us, and those that were loyal to us throughout all the progress we have made,” he said,adding that the customersplayed a very important role in their growth, and that the bank would not be where it is today without them.
Advisor of the bank Muhammed Ali highlighted the strategic changes in the modalities of business, the process of connecting the people with the bank for greater financial inclusion, and its contribution to the national economy.
He also spoke about the bank’s contribution to the SME sector, and how they are helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams.
Managing Director and CEO of Premier Bank M Reazul Karim thanked the organization’s past and present employees for their dedication, innovation and hard work.
“We are excited as we look to the future and continue to build on the solid foundation we have formed,” added Reazul.
Among others,Director of the Board Jamal G Ahmed, and members of senior management were also present at the event.
