Contagion was produced by the Warner Bros. They said the movie was ranked 270th in the list of the most popular movies of the world, when the first coronavirus outbreak occurred in China.
Three months later, it has ranked ninth. Only the eight movies of the Harry Potter series are above it.
The reason behind this popularity is coronavirus. The current outbreak of coronavirus has many similarities with the story of the movie, which was made almost a decade ago.
