Premier Bangladesh golfer Siddikur Rahman, who finished an incredible third in the recently concluded Porsche European Open, started off in disappointing fashion in the inaugural edition of the TAKE Solutions Masters at Karnataka Golf Association Golf Course in Bengaluru, India on Thursday.
Siddikur carded two-over-par 73 in the first round of the $300,000 tournament to find himself tied for 70th position, alongside 18 others.
The 32-year old golfer from Madaripur hit three bogeys against a single birdie and trails early leader Poom Saksansin of Thailand by nine shots.
