On September 7, a day-long charity football tournament was organised by the Born to Smile Initiative and Charity Right to raise funds and feed vulnerable people on a regular basis at Army Museum Field premises.

Mr Tabith Awal, Vice President of Bangladesh Football Federation, Golam Chowdhury, Nation Manager of Mercy Mission Bangladesh, Mahir Ali Khan,Rupayan Group, club members and guest from Gulshan and Banani attended the tournament.

24 underground teams took part in the competition, which was divided into two sections one for under- 16swhile the other had no age limit.

In the under 16 category Like A Boss F.C were crowned championswith JSK youth as the runners –up. Individual awards for Under-16s were given to Top Scorer: Arman Khan, Best Player: Mahir Al Hafeez, Best Defender – Sani, Best Goalkeeper:SudiptoDebnath.

DOHS United won the no age limit championship with Seven Nation Army coming a close second. Individual awards for the No age limit competition were given to Top Scorer: Ariq Shameel Ahmed Husain, Best Player: Azmi Opu, Best Defender: Radh M. Ahmed, Best Goalkeeper: Ashraful Islam
