A marble sign written in Arabic on the tube-well wishes Deepika on her birthday
Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone was delighted to see a twitter post on a tubewell named after her in Bangladesh’s Bancharampur of Brahmanbaria. The original post was attached with four photos of the tubewell from a twitter account named Deepika’s Arab Fc (Fan Club) which said: “This is our gift for @deepikapadukone birthday. We Arab fans donated to build a water well in one of the needy villages. We Hope you liked it.”
Deepika retweeted the post saying: “It fills my heart to see your generosity & contribution in making this world a better & happier place. This is the best birthday gift I could’ve asked for. I love you & I’m so proud of you all.”
Several media outlets, including the Times of India, reported this act by the Bangladeshi fan from Radhanagar village in Bancharampur. He installed the open for all tube well on behalf of Deepika’s Arab Fan Club.
The tubewell also has a marble sign written in Arabic, which wishes Deepika a happy 32nd birthday and prays for her longevity.
