Don’t wait until it’s too late

Update : 04 Aug 2017, 10:01 PM

By the end of this century, Bangladesh will be in deep waters.

A recent study has concluded that, by 2100, the heat and humidity in Bangladesh will become intolerable.

There is no question that Bangladesh remains one of the countries most susceptible to climate change -- in fact, people die every year during the heat waves and floods caused by climate change.

As such, it has become of the utmost importance that Bangladesh prepares for this.

Of course, we must tackle the problem at the global level by ensuring that policies are passed which mitigate the effects of climate change.

But we must also keep in mind that, if we are not prepared, countless will die.

We need solutions, and we need solutions now.
