2nd day of DLF begins on a spiritual note

The session began at 9am on Friday at the Bangla Academy lawn

The second day of the Dhaka Lit Fest 2019 has begun with spiritual songs by Christian Choir.

Members of Tejgaon Sammilito Christian Song Group performed the songs of worship.

The session began at 9am on Friday at the Bangla Academy lawn, and continued till 9:45am.

The other sessions of the day will run till 7:30pm.

Christian Choir on the stage with spiritual songs on the second day of Dhaka Lit Fest 2019 at Bangla Academy on Friday, November 8, 2019 | Syed Zakir Hossain/Dhaka TribuneThe day's sessions include “Sheikh Mujib: Icon of Post-colonial Liberation" by Shashi Tharoor, Afsan Chowdhury, and Kamal Chowdhury with Shamsad Mortuza at 2:45pm at the AKSB Auditorium, performance by Ghaashphoring Choir also at 2:45pm at the Nazrul Stage, and screening of "Hasina: A Daughter’s Tale" at 5:30pm, followed by a discussion.
