At least two people have been killed, and another one was injured, after a bus hit a pickup van in Rangpur.
The accident took place at the Baldipukur area in Mithapukur upazila of the district on Monday morning.
Of the deceased, one was the driver of the van and the other person was a day labourer.
The injured was admitted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital in a critical state.
Baradarga Highway police outpost sub-inspector (SI) Afzal Hossain confirmed the news.
The Nabil Paribahan bus was impounded. However, the identity of the deceased and the injured could not be known, the SI added.
