The licences of 25 other products have been suspended
Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) has revoked the Certification Marks (CM) licence of two more food products out of the 52 that have been identified as substandard.
It also suspended the licence of 25 other products. The institution slapped a deadline of 24 hours for the products to be withdrawn from the market, according to a press release issued on Thursday.

The High Court recently ordered the 52 products, found to be of substandard quality in a test conducted by the BSTI, to be recalled from the market.
