The results of the admission test for the 2019-2020 academic session under the “Ga” unit of the business studies faculty of Dhaka University (DU) will be published on Monday.
A total of 29,058 candidates appeared for the test against 1,250 seats which was held between 10am and 11:30am at 56 centres inside and outside of DU campus on September 13.
Unit coordinator business faculty Dean Prof Shibli Rubayat Ul Islam said we hope to publish the result of “Ga” unit on Monday as the evaluation of all exam papers will be finished by Sunday.
Meanwhile, the one-and-half-hour exam of the Kha unit (Arts Faculty) admission test for DU’s 2019-2020 academic session was held on Saturday, from 10am to 11:30am at 72 centres on and off the campus.
A total of 45,108 students are vying for 2,378 seats, a DU press release said. Around 19 aspirants are seeking for a single seat, on average.
DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman, Pro-VC (Education) Prof Nasreen Ahmad, Pro-VC (Administration) Prof Dr Muhammad Samad, Treasurer Prof Dr Md Kamal Uddin and the faculty Dean Prof Abu Md Delwar Hossain, visited several centres, the press release added.
