Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said those who are involved in various misdeed are currently under the radar of intelligence agencies.
“Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has hinted that the ongoing will be strengthened and those involved in various misdeeds are under the surveillance of intelligence,” he said while talking to reporters at the Secretariat on Tuesday, reports BSS.

Replying to another query, the minister said the intruders in Awami League and its front organizations are also under surveillance.
Asked about the remarks of BNP leader Moudud Ahmed demanding the wealth information of ministers and MPs, the Awami League leader said: “Please ask him to disclose his own wealth information to the nation. We the ministers and MPs are disclosing wealth information to the prime minister every year and if you [journalists] have any proof of corruption then give us that information.”
Replying to a question about alleged extortion in the transport sector, the minister said it is being investigated. “Action will be taken against those involved in extortion.”
